Pansotti Maker
Description:
Mold for cutting dough and shaping it into a triangular Pansotti shape. Use the bottom of the mold to cut the dough, place the cut dough into the inside of the mold, fill and seal. Pansotti are a type of triangular-shaped pasta that usually includes a filling of greens, herbs and cheese.
